Sport addict from childhood. Was practicing football, karate, swimming, athletics and snowboard.
He broke quite some bones practicing or having fun. His two wrists, his shoulder, his knees… but this is part of his sports career and experience as he enjoys telling: “you fall, you learn, and then you improve”.
A short break in his sport activities was made when he had to start working in his dad’s company. He gained some unhealthy weight, and forgot about sport. In 2015, he lost his dad, and this tragic event brought him back to the roots. From that moment on, there is not a single day where he doesn’t workout. He finds each single available minute to train at work, or early morning or evening.
Nico is a born competitor, and he will always give everything he has to reach his objectives.
He make a lot of bodyweight training. The most efficient for obstacle races, and a lot of cardio training. The goal is to be as versatile as possible, with explosive strength and speed.
He knows that only being persistent and go on working hard on a daily basis will make him and his team reach his goals.
