If he misses a repetition, he will do it twice more. When his nutritionist provides him with the specific competition diet, he even takes less than advised. When he works out, he will always push the extra mile. The best rep is the last rep. The training starts when you reach the last rep.
Humble, nice, but also funny. He enjoys joking.Advises he would give / What can he bring to others:

Feeling like a Gladiator in the Coliseum. Work hard to win against the best competitors, in front of a large crowd and tough judges, this is the ultimate goal of the whole hard work all year round. The ultimate and quick moment when your whole training will be judged. On stage you cannot lie. The workout, the diet, the perseverance, the reps, everything is judged on stage, and if you work hard and focused enough, ultimately you will feel full of joy because you know you have done everything possible to be on top. All this motivates him to make the last rep, the toughest last rep.
He is Italian, and Italy is a great bodybuilding nation. In addition, when you walk around Roma, you see all those massive statues and it feels like this is the place to work out! So much history and strength to motivate you to push and lift.
